He grew up in the world of renovations & repairs alongside his family, developing a strong foundation in property maintenance and improvement. His dedication to professional growth led him to pursue his education at USC Upstate, where he continues to expand his expertise.

Joining our team in 2025, Joshua has quickly established himself as eager to learn and refine his skill set. His role involves conducting rental inspections and ensuring properties are well-maintained, fostering positive relationships between tenants and property owners. He works not only to further the company’s success but also to improve the lives of the people we serve, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in his work.
